KiwiEsthetics Waxing Booking Policy At KiwiEsthetics, we value your time, comfort, and trust. To ensure every client receives the best experience, please review our waxing policies before booking: 📅 Booking & Appointments • All waxing services require an appointment. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. • A valid card may be required to reserve your appointment. • Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. 💳 Deposits & Payments • A small, non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will go toward your service total. • Payments can be made via cash, card, or approved digital payment methods. 🚫 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of 50–100% of the scheduled service. 🌿 Pre-Wax Guidelines • Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about 2–3 weeks of growth). • Please exfoliate the day before your appointment and avoid heavy lotions/oils. • Do not tan, swim, or use retinol/acid products on the area 24–48 hours before waxing. ⚠️ Health & Safety • Please notify us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions. • Waxing cannot be performed on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. • If you are using prescription acne/skin medications (such as Accutane or Retin-A), waxing may not be suitable. 🙏 Respect & Comfort • Your comfort is our priority.
